Just wanted you to know that, thanks to your expertise, and hard work, we are finally warm in our new (old) house! What a pleasure to no longer need layer upon layer of clothing to try to keep cozy during the day. Truly, before your work, we were sometimes wearing several layers of fleece, two down comforters, and even hats on really cold nights to stay warm in bed.

A year ago my husband and completed a major remodeling and the architect had not done an energy evaluation when the walls were open to detect loss of energy in our “new home”. We found Rhett Major’s name from another energy auditor who had done some work at my apothecary and he came highly recommended. I knew when Rhett first walked through our door that he was a gem. He did a thorough analysis of our home and found energy losses we were never told about from any contractor or our architect. After the audit he came back to the house with his assistant and fixed all of the leaks (our garage is now warm in winter!) and we have been toasty in the winter and hopefully cooler in summer. We had another issue with our contractor regarding a heated floor and I would not let the contractor fix it without Rhett there to oversee the work!
